Our Owner, Carl, and Factory Representative, Sean, were selling for one of the bigger window & door companies in the Raleigh-Durham area and didn't feel comfortable with the high prices they were having them quote their clientele. You see, these big companies claim superior products to justify their price, but in reality they need to charge you more so they can pay for their bloated overhead. At EcoView Windows & Doors of Raleigh-Durham we keep our expenses low so we can pass those savings onto our customers. We don't have a bunch of different "managers" to pay salaries to and we also source our products directly from our manufacturer to our warehouse in the new Merritt Capital Business Park in Wake Forest, NC. This tweak to the business model allows us to save our clients thousands of dollars and also allows our owner, Carl, to always have his finger on the pulse of our operations. Will your windows and doors help my home become more energy efficient?

Absolutely. We are so confident of this that we guarantee if you upgrade your whole home with our windows you will experience a 35% decrease in your energy bill in the 1st year or we will pay you back the difference up to $500! All of our products are Energy Star rated for the North Carolina region and provide great protection for your home against our differing weather elements. What are your payment options?

We offer flexible payment options. Some of our clients pay with a check, credit card, or they use our financing. Payment terms are 50% up front and 50% due upon satisfactory completion of the project. If you choose the financing route, we offer an 18 month 0 payment 0 interest plan as well as some other longer term, lower interest rate plans to suit your needs.

What is your current turnaround time from purchase to installation?

Standard custom sized white vinyl windows are arriving to our warehouse in less than 2 weeks. From purchase to installation you are looking at 2-4 weeks. This is by far the fastest turnaround time we've heard of in the area when talking about custom sized windows installed.
